Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wrenchhouse (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wrenchhouse website, mobile application, and any services provided through them. By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.


1. About Wrenchhouse

Wrenchhouse is an online aggregator platform that connects motorbike owners (“Users”) with independent workshops, garages, and mechanics (“Service Providers”) for services such as maintenance, repair, washing, detailing, and parts replacement.

Wrenchhouse does not itself perform any mechanical or repair work. All services listed on the Platform are rendered by independent third-party Service Providers.


2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age,
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law, and
  • Will use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

3. Scope of Service

Wrenchhouse facilitates:

  • Searching, comparing, and booking of bike services from verified workshops;
  • Optional pick-up and drop-off coordination;
  • Digital payments between Users and Service Providers.

Wrenchhouse acts only as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We are not responsible for the performance, quality, timeliness, or safety of any service provided by a third party.


4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information regarding their motorcycle, contact details, and location.
  2. Ensure that the vehicle is accessible for pick-up or drop-off (where applicable).
  3. Refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or misleading bookings.
  4. Make timely payments as per booking confirmation.

You understand that service results depend on the condition of your vehicle and the workmanship of the selected Service Provider.


5. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service Providers listed on Wrenchhouse must:

  • Perform services professionally using appropriate tools and parts.
  • Comply with local laws and safety standards.
  • Maintain honesty in quotations, invoices, and communications.
  • Protect any customer data obtained through the Platform.

Wrenchhouse may remove or suspend Service Providers who breach these obligations.


6. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

  • A booking is confirmed only when the User receives a confirmation message or email.
  • Payments may be collected via Wrenchhouse’s payment gateway or directly by the Service Provider, as indicated during checkout.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling is permitted according to the policy shown at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
  • Wrenchhouse reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking suspected of misuse or incorrect information.

7. Pricing and Quotes

All prices displayed are indicative and may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle, additional parts, or labour required.
Final prices are determined by the Service Provider after inspection. Wrenchhouse is not responsible for any variation in price.


8. Warranty and Liability

  • Wrenchhouse does not provide any warranty on services or parts used by Service Providers.
  • Any warranty offered is solely between the User and the Service Provider.
  • Wrenchhouse is not liable for loss, damage, delay, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from third-party work, nor for indirect or consequential losses.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrenchhouse’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant booking.

9. AI or Diagnostic Tools (if used)

Any automated or AI-based suggestions, diagnostics, or maintenance recommendations on the Platform are for informational purposes only.
They do not constitute professional mechanical advice. Always consult a qualified mechanic before taking action based on such information.


10. Dispute Resolution

If you experience an issue with a booking or service:

  1. Contact Wrenchhouse support at support@wrenchhouse.in within 7 days of the service date.
  2. Wrenchhouse will mediate between you and the Service Provider on a best-effort basis.

If disputes remain unresolved, they shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.


11. Intellectual Property

All text, software, design, logos, graphics, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Wrenchhouse Technologies or its licensors.
Users and Service Providers may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.


12. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using the Platform, you consent to data handling in accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.


13. Prohibited Activities

Users and Service Providers may not:

  • Post false information or fake reviews.
  • Attempt to hack, copy, or misuse the Platform.
  • Harass other users or staff.
  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes.

14. Termination & Suspension

Wrenchhouse may suspend or terminate any account or booking without notice if it believes these Terms are violated or fraud is detected.
Outstanding dues remain payable even after termination.


15. Changes to Terms

Wrenchhouse reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
